納米隔熱複合PVB材料光熱性能研究

摘要:通過球磨法将納米透明隔熱材料分散到乙醇中,再添加到乙醇溶解的聚乙烯醇縮丁醛(PVB)樹脂中,經烘幹形成納米隔熱複合PVB材料,可以用作建築安全玻璃的透明隔熱夾膠片。分析了PVB中加入ATO(摻銻氧化錫)和TiN(氮化钛)作為隔熱材料的光學性能,并對納米隔熱材料配伍進行了優化。結果表明,通過添加微量TiN,可節省42.5%的ATO用量,而可見光透射比高于40%,遮陽系數為0.51。

Study on optical and thermal properties of nano-insulation composite PVB materials

Abstract:The nano-transparent heat-insulating material is dispersed into ethanol by ball milling,and then added to the ethanol liquid of PVB(polyvinyl butyral) resin. After drying,nano-insulation composite PVB material can be used as transparent heat-insulating clip film for safety glass for construction. In this paper,the optical properties of ATO(antimony-doped tin oxide)
and TiN(titanium nitride) as thermal insulation materials are analyzed,and the compatibility of nano-insulation materials is
optimized. By adding a small amount of TiN,the amount of ATO can be saved by 42.5%,the visible light transmittance is higher than 40%,and the shading coefficient is 0.51.
