矽烷改性聚羧酸減水劑的合成及應用性能研究

摘要:通過丙烯酸(AA)、異戊烯基聚氧乙烯醚(TPEG)和甲基丙烯酰氧丙基三甲氧基矽烷(KH-570)的水溶液自由基共聚合成矽烷改性聚羧酸減水劑PCE-1。研究了單體比例、聚合工藝對減水劑分散性的影響。結果表明,該減水劑的最佳制備工藝為:n(AA)∶n(KH-570)∶n(TPEG)=4.5∶1∶1,鍊轉移劑用量為單體總物質的量的3%,聚合溫度為45 ℃。在此條件下合成的減水劑相對無矽烷改性的聚羧酸減水劑PCE-2對水泥顆粒具有更強的吸附能力,因而分散性明顯提高,可顯著降低砂漿黏度。摻PCE-1的混凝土2 h擴展度比摻PCE-2的大80 mm,初始和2 h的排空時間分别縮短3.8 s和13.7 s。

Synthesis and application performance of silane modified polycarboxylate superplasticizer

Abstract:A novel silane modified polycarboxylate superplasticizer PC-1 for concrete was prepared by aqueous free radical polymerization of acrylic acid(AA),isopentene polyoxyethylene ether(TPEG) and γ-methacyloxypropyltrimethoxylsilane(KH-570).
Effects of monomer ratio of and polymerization process on the dispersibility of superplasticizer were studied. The results show that when AA∶TPEG∶KH-570=4.5∶1∶1,chain-transfer agent dosage 3%,reaction temperature 45 ℃,show best dispersity performance. The synthetic silane modified polycarboxylate superplasticizer has a stronger adsorption capacity to cement particles than non-silane modified polycarboxylate superplasticizer,thus the dispersion performance is obviously enhanced and the viscosity of mortar can be significantly reduced. Slump flow after 2 h of the concrete made of this silane modified superplasticizer  is 80 mm larger than that of the contrast sample,and draining time at the initial time and after 2 h are 3.8 s and 13.7 s less respectively.
