新型低溫早強型聚羧酸減水劑的性能研究

摘要:采用“四滴加”水溶液自由基聚合法合成了早強型聚羧酸系減水劑BRJ-T500。經過淨漿流動度、常溫及低溫混凝土性能、預制構件廠應用等試驗表明,BRJ-T500顯著改善了混凝土的減水效果,改善了混凝土綜合性能,尤其對混凝土早期強度(<7 d)有明顯的提高。該減水劑在混凝土的使用可有效縮短預制構件的脫模時間,加快低溫環境的施工速度。

Study on the properties of a novel early strength polycarboxylic acid water-reducing agent for
low temperature operation

Abstract:An aqueous solution polymerization approach with four-stopcock dripping was introduced for the synthesis of a novel early strength polycarboxylic acid water-reducing agent BRJ-T500. The net slurry fluidity,room temperature and low temperature test of concrete as well as in-situ application test in a prefabricated factory have been carried out and the results demonstrated that BRJ-T500 can both accelerate water reducing rate and improve the workability of concrete effectively,in particular, enhanced the strength of concrete in the first seven days. These findings indicates that the use of BRJ-T500 in concrete reduces the stripping time of prefabricated building and accelerates the construction rate under low temperature winter circumstances.
