高适應性聚羧酸減水劑的制備及其性能研究

摘要:為了适應攪拌站原材料的多變及溫度環境的變化,根據聚羧酸減水劑分子的可調控性,通過雙官能團羧基取代部分單官能團羧基的思路,采用異戊烯醇聚氧乙烯醚、丙烯酸、馬來酸酐、反式丁烯二酸共聚合成一種高适應性聚羧酸減水劑PCE-4。與市售同類産品M02進行對比。淨漿測試表明,在8種不同水泥種類下,在0~40 ℃範圍内,PCE-4的分散性良好,比M02具有更低的水泥種類和溫度敏感性;混凝土試驗表明,PCE-4對不同種類水泥的适應性優于市場同類産品M02。

Research on synthesis and performance of high-adapted polycarboxylate superplasticizer

Abstract:In order to adapt to the variety of materials and the sudden change of temperature environment in the mixing station,the idea of substituting some single functional group carboxylic group by bifunctional group carboxyl group was proposed according to the adjustability of polycarboxylate super plasticizer molecule structures. A highly adaptable water reducer PCE-4 was synthesized by copolymerization of isoprene polyoxyethylene ether(TPEG),acrylic acid(AA) and maleic anhydride (MAH).
Compared with the market product M02,the paste test shows that the fluidity of the paste is good in the temperature range of 0~40 degree,and the paste has lower type of cement and temperature sensitivity than M02. PCE-4 is suitable for concrete,and its adaptability to concrete of different types is better than market sample M02.
